Ffion Thomson - Director

Ffion established the business as she wanted to move away from the traditional, transactional approach to law. Her goal was to create a space where she could offer a level of personal care that is hard to find with most firms today.

With 12 years of experience in the industry, she has a genuine passion for property and private client law. She believes that professional expertise should always go hand-in-hand with a supportive, human touch.

Outside of the office, she stays busy raising her young family on a local smallholding. She is also proud to serve our community as a retained firefighter for Shropshire Fire and Rescue.

Carly Lock - Paralegal 

Carly is a paralegal who assists with all property matters, bringing precision, reliability, and a strong understanding of legal operations to every case. 

She is dedicated to providing high-quality support and takes pride in being a helpful, approachable point of contact for our clients. 

Whether you have a quick question or need a complex process explained, Carly is always happy to help and ensures you feel informed and confident throughout your property journey 

Lily Elms - Assistant 

Since starting her career in the legal sector in 2019, Lily has developed strong knowledge and experience in Private Client work. She has a genuine passion for helping clients make important decisions about their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Lily is committed to providing the highest standard of client care, with a friendly and compassionate approach that puts people at ease and encourages open communication.

She works closely with Ffion on Private Client matters to support the bespoke services we provide, and she particularly enjoys ensuring clients feel heard and understood throughout what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process.
