Simple Single Will – £450 + VAT
Wills incorporating trusts – from £600 + VAT per person

A simple Will typically includes:

Naming executors
Funeral wishes
One or two specific legacies or bequests
Final distribution of your estate

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Property & Financial Affairs – £350 + VAT
Health & Welfare – £350 + VAT
Both types – £650 + VAT

A registration fee of £82 per document is payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.

Discounts may apply:

£41 if your income is under £12,000/year (with evidence)
Full exemption for certain benefit
